We are proud to introduce our newest service: “Slab Jacking”.
Using specialized equipment we are able to save slabs and walkways that would have previously been demolished, removed, and replaced by pouring new concrete. We are able to do this quicker than traditional concrete slab and walkway repairs. With our equipment, there is no need to jackhammer the damaged concrete, set up forms, and pour new concrete. A quicker repair means it’s more economical for our customers.
Here’s how it is done
1.) A pattern of 1-5/8 inch holes are drilled through the sunken slab.
2.) A grout mixture is pumped under the slab with our specialized equipment. Once any void is filled, the grout becomes pressurized, hydraulically raising the slab to the desired height.
3.) The holes are patched using a concrete mixture.
